Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at support@halvern.co with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to help prevent transit damage.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@halvern.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and help with the next steps.
Non-returnable items
We may not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, altered, missing original packaging, or returned without authorization. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible items when available. To request an exchange, contact us at support@halvern.co with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable return shipping cost or deduction will be communicated before the return is completed.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
